TG Tracker is a Telegram ad tracking platform that helps marketers track clicks, measure conversions, automate invite links, and send postbacks to ad networks such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address and a username. We use this to create and manage your account.
1.2 Usage Data
We automatically collect usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent. This helps us maintain and improve the platform.
1.3 Click & Conversion Data
As part of the core service, TG Tracker collects click data on your behalf from your campaigns — including IP addresses, countries, sub-IDs, device types, and Telegram interaction events (subscribe, register, purchase). This data belongs to you and is processed solely to provide the service.
1.4 Connected Account Data
When you connect a third-party account (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), we receive and store OAuth tokens, account identifiers, and profile information (name, email, profile picture) solely to enable the connected platform's features within TG Tracker.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the TG Tracker platform
- To authenticate you and secure your account
- To process click and conversion data on your behalf
- To send postbacks and conversion events to connected ad networks (Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, Google Ads)
- To display analytics, reports, and campaign performance within the dashboard
- To send transactional emails (OTPs, account notifications)
- To manage billing and balance
3. Google API Data
TG Tracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect a Google account, we request access to:
- Your Google account email and profile (to identify your connected account)
- Google Ads data (to list and link your ad accounts for conversion reporting)
We do not sell, share, or use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the TG Tracker platform. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to communicate with Google APIs on your behalf.
You may revoke TG Tracker's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account Permissions page or through the Google Ads settings in your TG Tracker dashboard.
4. Third-Party Integrations
TG Tracker integrates with Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and Google Ads via their official APIs. When you connect these platforms:
- We only request the minimum permissions necessary to operate the service
- We only access data you explicitly authorize
- We do not sell third-party account data
- We do not use it for advertising targeting or profiling
- Connected account data is deleted when you disconnect the account or close your TG Tracker account
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data and campaign data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Click and conversion data is retained to power analytics and reporting. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Connected account tokens (Google, Meta, TikTok) are deleted immediately when you disconnect the account from your dashboard.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Disconnect any connected third-party account at any time
- Revoke OAuth access granted to TG Tracker from the respective platform's settings
8. Children's Privacy
TG Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.
